This Saturday was my Mom's 68th birthday. Did she ask flowers? nope. Jewelry? nope.
She asked for some BBQ ribs.
We enjoyed 3 slabs of pork spare ribs, 1 tri tip, macaroni salad, parsley potatoes and my sisters world famous strawberry cake.

You know I have never had ribs (at least not that I can remember, maybe when I was younger) and they always look so delicious.
